Regional Sales Manager

Your tasks and responsibilities

-You manage the sales representatives of the Western Switzerland Region in the General Medicine business unit.

-You derive the regional strategy from the national sales strategy and are responsible for its effective and efficient implementation in the region.

-You take on defined projects and tasks in the sales area for the whole of Switzerland. You are co-responsible for the planning and staging of various sales conferences.

 

Your Profile

-You have completed a medical, pharmaceutical, scientific or paramedical apprenticeship and have a successful track record of at least five years in pharmaceutical sales or already have management experience.

-You are able to communicate well in German and English, have good communication skills and refined manners.

-You are driven by success and results and able to convey visions and goals effectively.

-You are very well versed in area management and capable of thinking in an entrepreneurial and strategic manner. You have good planning skills and resilience.

-You are a mature personality with powers of assertion and enjoy supporting, challenging and developing employees.

-Vous dirigez les collaborateurs du service externe de la région Suisse romande au sein de la Business Unit General Medicine.

-Vous définissez la stratégie régionale à partir de la stratégie commerciale nationale et êtes responsable de sa mise en œuvre efficace et efficiente dans la région.

-Vous prenez en charge des projets et des missions définis dans le secteur commercial pour toute la Suisse. Vous êtes coresponsable de la planification et de la mise en œuvre de diverses conférences sur le service commercial externe.

 

Votre profil

-Vous avez suivi une formation médicale, pharmaceutique, scientifique ou paramédicale et disposez d’une expérience réussie d’au moins cinq ans dans un service commercial du secteur pharmaceutique, ou avez déjà exercé des fonctions de direction.

-Vous vous exprimez avec aisance en allemand et en anglais, disposez de bonnes aptitudes à la communication et faites preuve de savoir-vivre.

-Vous êtes axé sur la réussite et les résultats et savez communiquer les visions et les objectifs.

-Vous maîtrisez la gestion du territoire et faites preuve d’esprit d’entreprise et d’une approche stratégique. Résistant au stress, vous disposez de bonnes qualités de planification.

-Chevronné et sûr de vous, vous aimez encourager, stimuler et faire progresser les collaborateurs.
