Head of Oncology
Your tasks and responsibilities
• P&L Accountability for the total oncology business.
• Lead marketing and sales teams.
• Develop appropriate local strategies based on regional and global guidance.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.
• Establish and maintain external contacts including thought leaders and other stakeholders.
• Interact with regional / global oncology organization.
• Manage external partnerships, e.g. co-promotion.
Who are you:
• Master of Science or Economics
• Solid skills in Business Administration
• Several years of experience in Pharma-Marketing
• Experienced Manager/ People Manager
• Experience in Key Account Management
• Experience in Project Management
• Strong communication and implementation skills
• Self-motivated personality who wants to drive the business
• Able to handle complex tasks
• Fluent in German and English, French is desired
• Experienced with digital communication channels
