Each and every member of our R&D department, some 14,000 people, shares the same vision: to improve people’s lives. Boosting the innovation culture

United we stand; united we are smarter. With this in mind, we have launched two initiatives to gather our employees’ best ideas and solutions:

“WeSolve” allows our employees to post challenging questions and find answers together with colleagues, while the Bayer Ideas Pool gives employees the opportunity to offer suggestions for improvements within the company.

By linking together knowledge and ingenuity, we are ensuring that the most innovative ideas are heard and can then be implemented by customers and society.

The Bayer Employee Survey

With our Bayer Employee Survey, we give our employees a voice, in the hope of stimulating innovation throughout the organization.

Every two years, we invite our employees to give us feedback on the strategy, culture and working conditions at Bayer.

As a company, we take the opinions expressed in the survey very seriously and have already launched numerous initiatives and made various improvements in response to the feedback.
