Living & working in Switzerland
Switzerland is very also very attractive to foreigners as an area for work. Employment rates area are higher than in most of other European countries. Moreover Switzerland offers a high quality of life. Bayer seeks the best talents, and this has no boundaries.
Please note however that for some Bayer locations, like Zurich and Muttenz a good level of German is required.
EU-17-/EFTA-States citizens no more need to apply for a work permit. It is directly granted as soon as a work contract is brought forward to the public authority.
