Global Marketer Oncology m/f/d
Role Purpose:
On this role you will be responsible for development and execution of the Customer Engagement Blueprint and Tactical Plan & Budget for one of our biggest Oncology product.
Your key tasks and responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Establish and drive Customer Engagement Blueprint team in collaboration with global, regional and country stakeholders
- Lead development of Global Cross Functional Leadership Team agendas ensuring seamless process that results in timely endorsement of Bayer annual deliverables
- Lead efforts to translate integrated brand strategy into seamless, timely and impactful execution
- Build and secure endorsement for annual marketing tactical plan & budget
- Partner with internal stakeholders to establish and drive a cohesive plan to leverage insights to shape future strategy, brand planning, tactical plan
- Partner with RWE, Market Research, CI, R&E, Market Access.
- Publications, Scientific Communications, and Medical to generate a single, integrated tactical plan to support brand strategy
- Lead overall brand Stivarga CEB Process (Customer Engagement Blueprint)
- Engage with Integrated Brand Plan Lead and Integrated Product Team to develop and execute customer engagement and tactical plan
- Identify innovative new programs (including digital technology) that support the strategy, yet meet internal and external customer needs
- Responsible for leading and executing annual congress plan
- Identify and showcase global/region/country market penetration efforts through sharing lessons, key performance indicators, experiences and best practice
- Ensure budgets and resources are effectively managed within agreed upon limits, and plans are effectively implemented
- Build a collaborative, inspiring and open culture in the cross functional task forces.
- Establish procedures to keep track of the alignment and consistency of regional and country resources with global strategies
Who are you:
- Minimum: BS or BA; PhD, MBA, or advanced degree preferred
- 8 years marketing experience, or related functional combination of applicable experience/education will be considered
