Deputy Director Global Strategic Marketing Oncology
Your tasks and responsibilities
• Manages strategy and tactical plan development and implementation in assigned marketed indications. • Manages Brand Steering Team meetings in close collaboration with Strategic Marketing, cross-functional and regional/country colleagues. Follows up on minutes and actions. • Business Reviews/Market Deep Dives: prepares agendas on the basis of deep knowledge of key market dynamics, challenges and opportunities. Follows up on minutes and actions with global and regional/country colleagues. • Drives content development with external agency partners to ensure timely, cost effective and high impact initiatives for the brand/s. • Manages Global Thought Leaders engagement through implementation of high-quality programs in close collaboration with global and regional/country colleagues. • Creates and eventually executes launch planning for new indications, including Target Product Profile (TPP), messaging platform evolution, patient/HCP segmentation and commercial forecasts. • Drives the development and implementation of the Late Life Cycle Management strategy from a commercial standpoint in close collaboration with key internal stakeholders. • In close collaboration with Finance, plans and executes on assigned budget, ensuring quarterly and annual spend is fully aligned with expectations.
Who you are
• Minimum: BS or BA; – PhD, MBA, or advanced degree preferred • 5+ years operational Sales / Marketing pharma/biotech experience, or related function • Additional strongly preferred experience includes Oncology experience, international/global strategic brand management, launch experience • Combination of applicable experience/education will be considered • Excellent Communication Skills – Written and Verbal English Language
